A: As part of the Zone Startups Vietnam accelerator, we typically invest in the first round of financing, after a period of due diligence where we focus on customer acquisition and market validation.
Q: Do you make follow-on investments?
A: We work with our investment partners for companies that are seeking follow-on investments, and they have the opportunity to invest, along with others as required.
Q: What kind of companies will the fund invest in?
A: We are looking for highly scalable technology companies that are in the business-to-business (B2B) space, or certain consumer sectors.
Q: What are the typical terms of the investment?
A: We invest based on a pre-money valuation set during our due diligence period that depends on each company.
